Every business has it’s own personality, terms, and acronyms. AGILITY was written with this in mind by allowing our users to setup their data labels to what works for their business. If you’re a legal team, you have Matters or Cases, IT companies have Projects and Incidents, and contractors might have Units or Property to identify their workflow.   AGILITY allows you to customize the data labels throughout the system to work for you.

Ok so what do we mean by dynamic contacts. Well in todays workforce and in our businesses both as an MSP and a marketing firm; we found at time we were working with some of the same people for multiple projects, for multiple companies and when billing came around it was hard to keep track of the contacts with each job. A couple of examples of this would be if you have the VP of a company that is also the President of a Non-Profit but also sits on the board of a building committee for a church. Well a traditional CRM would say you have a Contact that is a ONE – ONE relationship with a Company. With AGILITY you can add that contact to one Company and then do a ONE – ANY relationship with that same contact’s information across multiple companies that relate to different company projects without having to build out their contact information multiple times. Everything is stored in our dataset for their primary company you first added them on, and any changes to that contact can be attached to any other company in the system. 

Simply timekeeping solution allows employees to clock in and out to track hours but also in/out of projects and tasks allowing easy access for managers to productivity statistics on your staff.

Allow contacts direct access to project and task statuses as well as a simple web portal to add tasks and service tickets to projects to be assigned internally.

Some have strengthen that make them easier to use or better for one company or industry.
